Why Become A Member?
We believe membership is an important step in a lifelong process of growing as a disciple of Jesus. Membership means participating in what God is doing among this community of faith: worshiping, growing, and serving others, all for God’s glory.
We offer membership classes in the fall and spring each year to anyone who possesses the following qualifications:
- A profession of saving faith in Jesus
- Affirmation of FPC's beliefs
- Christian baptism
Our membership process requires attendance at two classes, after which candidates share their faith with the elder board to be reviewed and approved.
