Sunday, May 2 after second service, FPC enjoyed its first “Block Party” hosted by the Men’s Leadership Board under the solar structure in the parking lot.  As soon as the service was concluded, the congregation and friends from Hope Now for Youth and Youth for Christ as well as the area around church headed for the parking lot for hot dogs, sausages and chicken with all the “trimmings” as well as churros for dessert. It was a fun group effort by the men of the church and cooking was provided by the MLB kitchen crew.  The food was outstanding.  Cornhole and televised sports added to the fun. Music was provided by the FPC Worship Crew.  It was a thoroughly “chill” time and the MLB is looking forward to more Block Parties in the future.

Many thanks to our Men's Leadership Board for putting on such a fun event!
