Virtual ArtHop

Facebook & Instagram Live

Thursday, March 4, 2021 - 7:00pm-7:30pm (ended)

ArtHop is a program of the Fresno Arts Council. Prior to the pandemic, it happened in Downtown Fresno on the 1st Thursday of the every month. We are still an official ArtHop Venue. Untill we can gather safely, we are doing ArtHop Virtually. Randy White is our featured artist for March 4, 2021. We'll be coming to you via Facebook & Instagram Live from The Gallery.

Randy White expresses a worldview rooted in hope, with inspiration coming from the biblical narrative, historic iconography, and the natural world. Randy is blessed to live in Fresno, CA with his wife Tina and just minutes from his two sons, their wonderful wives, and a gaggle of grandkids. God has designed him to reflect upon, appreciate and pursue the flourishing of people and place. He works most commonly with art glass mosaic, stained glass, acrylic and oil paints, and the written word.

We do this to engage with our community - to intersect with people where they like to hang out and we are eager to resume when people can gather again. Just participating in ArtHop downtown could be missional! Want to join our team? When we resume in person, we'll need hosts/greeters in The Gallery or on the sidewalk for either the 5-6:30 or 6:30-8 shift as well as folks who like to supply refreshments. Contact Terry Jaurena.
