Working through Sarah Shin's book Beyond Colorblind: Redeeming Our Ethnic Journey, participants will learn more about cultural identity and how this knowledge can "strengthen our cross-cultural skills, manage cross-cultural conflict, pursue reconciliation and justice and share the gospel as ethnicity-aware Christians."
