ArtHop May 2016

Thursday, May 5, 2016 - 5:00pm-8:00pm (ended)

ArtHop is a program of the Fresno Arts Council. It happens Downtown Fresno on the 1st Thursday of every month. We are an official ArtHop Venue, with changing art exhibits in The Commons. May 5 we will feature City Without Orphans Foster Care Awareness exhibit, Stories Untold, Every Number has a Name.

We are the end point of their Foster Care Awareness Month kick off prayer walk event. It begins 5:15 at the Courthouse and winds its way to FPC. There's a post prayer walk celebration for prayer walkers.

The Commons exhibit will be open 5-8 pm. And to make it more festive, the Bullard Talent Mariachi Band will be performing two sets in our parking lot. And Gonzalez Taqueria will be on hand to complete the parking lot party!

It's going to be fun here at M & Stanislaus - please join us!

We do this to engage with our community - to intersect with people where they like to hang out. Please consider joining this effort. Just participating in ArtHop downtown could be missional! Be a host/greeter in The Commons or on the sidewalk for either the 5-6:30 or 6:30-8 shift. We are looking for a few good men for the later shift each month.
